The hotel had a very charming atmosphere and is on a good location. Everything is within walking distance! My sister and I have walked everywhere to explore the city, which made it ideal that the hotel is in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile, and always willing to help. We only did breakfast once due to budget, but it was definitely worth it. Perhaps it isn't as big of variety available as in bigger hotels, but that just made the breakfast even better, with delicious local products. Also in the room there comfy beds and plenty of room to move around. The shower had one of the best water pressure I have ever had in a shower, which was honestly amazing!

Everything except for shower was perfect. Only cons was that the shower didn’t have a door. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is too close to famious places of the city. For the visitors who want to come here with their private car, the q-park frontenpark is cheap and convenient for the location of the property. At the bottomline, the property is very good for the visitors who want to experience historical accomodation feelings.

The location is perfect, and the staff super nice (António - Portuguese like me, left a few balloons and a card in the bedroom as it was my birthday the day we checked in! Obrigada António!!!). Big beg, big bathtub which I used nicely and the hotel offers salts which was great, and the old charm of the hotel makes it quite romantic! Complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the bedroom. Mini fridge, too. Nice shampoo and shower gel brand and bath robes.

It was fantastic, the hotel was very clean and the location couldn't of been more perfect. I must add I had amazing staff help me out when I needed it. We had a good laugh with the night staff as we had locked ourselvesout of our room and left our card inside, it was very chill and smooth sailing after that. I would recommend to everyone to go here if you'd like to stay in Maastricht. Even my friend who is currently studying in Maastricht has said that she would love to stay at the hotel.

The location was amazing. Right in the centre of the old city. Easy walk to many of the city’s attractions. Lots of cafes and eateries close by and a supermarket around the corner. I loved the old world feel of the building and surrounds.

Great location and the room is very stylish. The bathroom was huge and had a bath and lots of light from the window next to it. Lots of amenities in the room, you have everything you need. Would stay there again, very comfortable overall.

Location. Staff were wonderful. Comfortable bed, we faced the garden so quiet at night. Great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Central enough for us to explore the beautiful city of Maastricht. Loved the decor. It is very much a boutique hotel
